I AM SO FIRED UP TODAY I AM GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO SHARE A MESSAGE OF HOPE ,CHANGE AND TRUTH WITH a group of kids some may have deemed un-reachable, I can relate!!!!!
THIS ENTIRE EXPERIENCE SPEAKING TO THE YOUTH IS TO ME THE ULTIMATE HIGH. I AM TOLD THAT IF YOU DON'T LOVE WHAT YOUR DOING YOU'LL NEVER DO IT TO YOUR FULL POTENTIAL WELL, I LOVE THIS POSITION .NOT FOR THE MONEY, THE FAME OR THE TRAVEL .I LOVE LIVING IN REALITY MINISTRIES BECAUSE THIS IS MY PERSONAL CHANCE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN GOD'S WORLD.
I KNOW I AM FORGIVEN FOR MY PAST BUT GRATITUDE WITH NO ACTION IS A formula that leads to FORGETFULNESS!!!!!!!!! I KNOW IN MY HEART I am here because GOD has allowed it.............plain and simple.

so i was asked a ? TODAY BY A REPORTER WHY... WHY SPEAK TO THE YOUTH. simple this is my way of giving back to the world GOD allows me to be part of. I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW I AM NOT THE PERFECT CHRISTIAN NOR DO I WISH TO BE.
what I WISH IS TO STRIVE TO BE THE AUTHENTIC AND GENUINE MAN GOD INTENDED ME TO BE...........I AM WHO I AM NOT WHO THE NEXT MAN WANTS ME TO BE .
WHEN I SAY be who you are not who you see I JUST DONT SAY THAT TO THE YOUTH I SAy that to all ...........
I am some what irritated .....recently JUDGEMENT has been passed on me by some who really
need to clean there own back yard up .my suggestion is to read matthew 7 all the answers are in there.

realizing the truth..........

I come to realize many many thing s on a daily basis and over the weekend was no exception I AM A WORK IN PROGRESS as time goes by I begin to discover new things about me and I also see the old come out and as much as i would like to say I HAVE IT ALL TOGETHER ........I still have a long way to go.
Being in today's world as a free man has not been easy I have struggled and at times continue to not repeat the same mistakes over and over this whole work in progress thing requires patience and this attribute is not one of my strongest I was one that want everything immediately and now.
My life was a GAMBLE and some days it still is but, when I really stop and turn the car off and be still I can feel the calmness of life. CAN YOU RELATE.
IN CLOSING ALL I CAN SAY IS IF YOU, I , AM TIRED OFF THE GAMBLE THE ANSWER IS SIMPLE.........STOP PLAYING THE GAME OF CHANCE AND MOVE ON TO THE CHOICE.

I am in AWE ..........This is the best way for me to describe how i am feeling . This past week I have been blessed with the opportunity to speak at 3 different venues. This not only allows me a chance to expose this ministry to 3 new audiences it allows me the chance to reach 3 new set 's of kids . GOD IS AMAZING.
I AM so pumped I CANT SLEEP AND NEED TO BUT I FEEL SO ALIVE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN A LONG TIME I FEEL I HAVE PURPOSE. THANK YOU GOD FOR GIVING ME THIS OPPORTUNITY.

i was made to.....................

So today I want to talk about purpose ..........what is your purpose in life . This past Monday I was the guest speaker at a youth facility and it was very apparent that this particular group lacked direction and really had no idea what there path or purpose was.
PAIN is what I saw in the eyes in some of these great kids who just did not know they were great. I spoke earlier about a youth mentoring program I feel that this is my purpose to be a service to the youth so many of the kids I have interacted with seem to have given up because they have experienced disappointment time and time again.
I want to put this out there ........IS THERE ANYONE WILLING AND ABLE TO DEDICATE AND DONATE THE MOST PRECIOUS GIFT WE ALL HAVE.............TIME. ASK YOURSELF THIS QUESTION AND COMMENT TO THE BLOG.

today incoreperated ........

Yesterday I spoke to a group of young people who were court stipulate to a recovery program . these youths were some of the brightest kids i have been around in a long time they were kids with some of the most mature and real views i have seen since starting this ministry .
These kids were all inner city born and bread . I saw so much of myself in a few of them that
it made me realize just how much the youth need a reality check in many areas. WHEN I ASKED THE QUESTION " ARE YOU DONE" I WAS SHOCKED i actually got a answer of truth 3 kids said .........NO.

By the middle of the presentation two out of the 3 were asking me how did you do this how did you change. change does not occur over night and my answer was simple "I WAS TIRED OF STEALING MY MOTHERS TEARS AND TIRED OF DISAPPOINTING MYSELF".
I sat and watch the pain in there eyes when i mentioned family and it took me back to when my mother and brother came to see me up state, they were broken but, being broken is not enough. We as the older generation need to step up and become a active member of the lives of the future........our youth.
I stress the point don't tell them what they want to hear and not follow through. Living in reality ministries will soon be looking into starting a teen mentoring program. I can not even begin to tell you the emotion i felt being in the room with a group of kids who still has the opportunity to change.
although the opportunity is there most youths can not do it for themselves and no teen can do it alone. FAITH WITH OUT ACTION IS LOSING BATTLE AND A TEEN WITH OUT DIRECTION WELL ESPECIALLY A TROUBLED TEEN IS A RECIPE FOR DISASTER.
So my challenge to the adults and youth leaders across the board is to be a active example in ACTION NOT JUST WORD ........WE ARE ONLY AS GOOD AS THE EXAMPLES WE GIVE AND SHOW........

new day part 2

Yesterday a article on living in reality was published in papers across buck's county and in some counties in new jersey and the response was amazing .............I have had some major personal changes and challenges as of recent and I have to be honest I was very concerned that I was in the midst of a backslide.
However......God only gave me all that I could handle and that is all He will ever give each and everyone of us. I am speaking at a youth facility on Monday and I am so excited to enter this realm because these are youth in the fight of there life .........ADDICTION. So i ask that all of you pray for the kids of TODAY INCORPORATED...................

home is where the heart is...........

sometimes life throws you a curve and you need to step back and re-evaluate the entire situation and look at it for what it is ............this is one of those weeks . I will be heading to carbondale pa this weekend to visit with my mom and brother and see some old friends. isn't it funny how going home always makes a person feel better whether it s a favorite food dish mom makes or just seeing a few people you have not seen in years what ever it is the statement holds true..........home will always hold the key to the heart.
i hope everyone has had a great week and has a even better weekend sometimes even in the mist of uncertainty the thought of home brings us a bit of a smile and peace at least it does for me.

facing reality......

We all have fears to face and challenges to overcome that is just life and the way the world is.
The key to facing these obstacles is to view them with a realistic attitude and a head on approach.
Being responsible and viewing things one step at a time is not always the easiest thing to do many times we become overwhelmed and feel that there is no hope ! I am here to tell you there is hope and we can find this hope and strenght in the people we surround ourselves with each day .
I ' ve been saying this from the very beginning you are who you hang out with was the most important lesson my father ever taught me. When you surround yourself with people doing positive things you will see yourself doing positive things that will effect your life in a way that can only be described as divine intervention.
So today I ask you to evaluate your circle.......your only as strong as the ones you surround yourself with........

I have to apologize for not staying current things have been so crazy for me as of late that my attention has been dismayed from what is really important.Now that all has settled down we can chat......
So when you know it is time is the title I am speaking on this because I want everyone to stop and think of the moment you changed one particular thing in your life.... how did you feel did you see a impact that moment or did it happen over time?
When you stop and really think about it how did you change everything or did you change anything at all .......change is not a easy thing to do but at times it is the only thing that will and can make or break your FUTURE ....REMEMBER THAT NOTHING EASY IS WORTH WHILE .
SO again i challenge you all to change what ever it is that is holding you back.....NO ONE CAN DO THIS FOR YOU .........YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN DO THIS..

TODAY IS THE DAY BEFORE EASTER,YESTERDAY WAS THE DAY THAT MY LORD AND SAVIOR GAVE HIS LIFE SO I COULD LIVE MINE AND YET SOME SO CALLED MEN/CHRISTIANS WHO PUT ON SUCH A GOOD SHOW ACT LIKE JUDAS .
I AM OLD SCHOOL TO THE FULLEST LOYALTY IS WHAT MAKES THE MAN WHEN HE IS LOYAL TO HIMSELF AND SPEAKS THE TRUTH NO DOUBT CAN COME IN THE PICTURE .
I AM CURRENTLY DEALING WITH SO MANY TYPES OF PEOPLE AND EMOTIONS IN MY PERSONAL LIFE THAT MY HEAD IS SPINNING.
TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.............. MAN UP , MOVE ON WHAT EVER IT TAKES JUST DO IT!!!
I AM FED UP WITH THE FACT THAT SO MANY IN THIS WORLD THAT PLACE BLAME ON OTHER PEOPLE INSTEAD OF TAKING A GOOD HARD LOOK AT THEMSELVES.
I REALIZE THIS WORLD IS FULL OF UP'S AND DOWNS AND MULTIPLE PERSONALITIES
WHAT I DO NOT GET IS THE THOUGHT PROCESS OF TODAY'S YOUTH WHEN THE EXAMPLE SET AT HOME IS BUILT ON HATE THEN WHAT DO YOU EXPECT RIGHT?
ANGER COMES INTO MY MIND WHEN I SEE KIDS ACTING AS IF THEY ARE GANGSTERS AND THUGS ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY LIVE IN THE SUBURBS. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!! I LAUGH AND LAUGH.
IT 'S UNFORTUNATE BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE PORTRAYING IS A NIGHTMARE TO THE MEN WHO REALLY ARE GANGSTERS AND THUGS AND WHO SEE NO LIGHT OR HAVE NO AMBITION TO CHANGE ONCE AGAIN ARE YOU SERIOUS.
GOD HAS A FUNNY SENSE OF HUMOR THANK GOD FOR COMIC RELIEF THAT'S WHAT THESE THUGS IN TRAINING PROVIDE LITTLE SOFT DUDES OR COTTON CANDY GANGSTERS AS SOME I KNOW CALL THEM .
ONCE AGAIN I SAY MAN UP BE WHO YOU ARE NOT THE DUDE YOU SAW ON THE LAST GANGSTER FLICK YOU WATCHED BECAUSE THE REAL WORLD AND SOCIETY VIEWS YOU AS A JOKE AND A CLOWN. HOW'S THAT FOR REALITY!!!!!

DEAD AND GONE.........

THE TITLE DEAD AND GONE IS MY REFERENCE TO THE PAST..........
WHEN WE ALL STOP AND THINK OVER THE YEARS CHANGE HAS BEEN THE ONE CONSTANT THING IN ALL OUR LIVES.
FOR ME THIS PAST YEAR HAS SHOWN ME MAJOR CHANGES AND CHALLENGES
THERE HAS BEEN DAYS EVEN WEEKS I FOUGHT WITH MYSELF . THE STRUGGLE WAS
ALWAYS THE SAME HOW DO I SURVIVE WHEN I CAN' T FIND A JOB. SO I STARTED MY OWN COMPANY AND DID WELL FOR AWHILE, THEN THE ECONOMY HIT ME LIKE THE REST OF THE WORLD.
GOD SHINED DOWN ON ME THIS WEEK ..........I AM NOW GAINFULLY EMPLOYED AT A COMPANY THAT BELIEVES IN SECOND CHANCES AND IN THE NOW, NOT WHAT ONCE WAS . THANK YOU PALACE INDUSTRIES.
WHEN WE STOP AND LOOK AT WHAT WE HAVE AND NOT WHAT WE DON'T LIFE SEEMS TO TAKE ON NEW MEANING . TODAY'S CHALLENGE IS LOOKING AT WHAT WE HAVE AND BEING GRATEFUL FOR THAT INSTEAD OF THE EMPTINESS OF WHAT WE DON'T.
